On git push, review-gate opens a new Claude Code session with no memory of the work, hands it the diff and asks for a verdict. ACCEPT pushes, REJECT blocks with the notes, and every verdict lands in an append-only JSONL spine you can audit later. Limits: Each push spends a Claude Code turn on your plan.
