What is stored, and where it stays
What is stored
- For the waitlist: your first name, your email, whether you build software or run a business, the one line you wrote, the tag on the link that brought you if it had one, and when you joined.
- For Trade Up: the app rows you typed (the name, what you use it for, why you chose it, the monthly cost and the seats), your name, email and business, and the sheet built from them.
- For a listing: what you entered on the form, and your email.
- For a reported sale: the listing number, your email, and what you wrote.
- For a buy click: the time and the host name of the site you came from, then you are sent to the maker's checkout.
- A salted hash of your network address, used to limit repeat submissions and deleted within a day.
On its own
One submission is its own rows. It is reachable only from the review view and from your private sheet link. No query combines one submission with another except the WANTED count, and no corpus is built from them.
WANTED
Only when you tick the second box on the form are the names of the apps you listed counted on WANTED. Only the app name and a count appear there. The stack, rent, business and your name are not shown. Leave the box unticked and nothing is counted.
Deleted on request
Ask, and your waitlist entry or your submission, its rows and its sheet are deleted, and WANTED is recounted without them. To delete what you sent, email lucface@gmail.com.
Training
Nothing you submit is used to train a model. Matching and the exit use plain code and one person's review.
You get an email when your sheet is ready, at a private link. If you are on the waitlist, Lucas may write to you about the opening. Nothing else is sent.
Cookies and indexing
This site sets one cookie, and only for people Lucas invites before it opens: it holds the invite and expires within 30 days. A sheet link is private and is marked noindex.
